What is a CMA Trade-In?
It’s our trade-in and recycling program that’s good for you and the planet. If your trade-in device is eligible for credit,
you can offset the purchase price of a new one from Clinimed Aesthetics.
What devices do you accept?
CMA accepts all aesthetic model devices, working & not working.
How does it work?
We’ve made it easy to trade-in an eligible device. Just answer a few questions regarding the brand, model, serial number and condition of your device. We’ll provide an estimated trade-in value. If you accept the trade-in estimate, we’ll give you instant credit towards a purchase with CMA to use at any time. If you accept the trade-in estimate, when you purchase a new device from CMA, we’ll arrange for you to send your current device to our trade-in partner. Once received, they verify its condition. If everything checks out, your original CMA new device purchase method will be credited & we’ll arrange invoice for outstanding amount. If you choose to trade in your current device online we’ll also arrange for you to send it to our trade-in partner. When everything checks out, you will receive confirmation via email. Regardless of how you choose to trade in, if the condition of your device doesn’t match what you described, a new estimated trade-in value will be provided. You’ll have the option to either accept this revised quote or reject it. If you reject it, your device will be returned to you at no charge.
How long does the online trade-in process take?
Generally it takes 24-48 hours.
What devices are eligible for trade in with CMA Trade-In?
You can trade in any third-party devices. Either way, in giving us your used devices, we will handle them responsibly.
Can I trade in more than one device at a time?
You can trade in as many devices as you like, but we accept only one device per transaction.
How long do I have to send in my device?
The estimated trade-in value is valid for 14 days.

Equipment Information: Detail any specifications of the machine, such as; date of manufacture, make & model, serial number, and condition.

STEP 3

Once our Technical Support Team has received your information we shall be in contact with you with 24-48 hours (Business Hours) to discuss any questions you may have (once we have been in contact, we shall also supply you with a secure link to upload images of your device for further appraisal) & then proceed to provide you with an estimate.
